You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day after completion of your purchase.

How to request a refund:

To request a refund, please contact Paddle (our merchant of record) at paddle.net or reach out to us at contact@mountly.io.

Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear in your account within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Subscriptions:

Your right to cancel applies to the initial subscription purchase. For automatic renewals, you may cancel at any time and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
